Ingreadient:
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 kg of diced Beef
- 375g Passage to India Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
- ½ cup (125ml) coconut cream
- 2 cups (500g) of basmati rice
- ½ cup natural yoghurt (to serve)
- Toasted naan (optional)
- Coriander / Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Direction:
- Seal beef in a hot, oiled saucepan. Cook in 2 batches.
- Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling.
- Turn heat down to low and simmer for approximately 15 minutes, or until meat is tender. Stir through coconut cream and cook for a further five minutes.
- Serve with steamed basmati rice, yoghurt and toasted naan. Top with herbs if using them.
