I was never a fan of grapefruit until I had it broiled at a restaurant—it was so tangy and delicious! I finally got the recipe and now I make it often for my whole family.
Ingreadient:
- 1 large grapefruit
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Direction:
- Preheat broiler. Cut grapefruit crosswise in half; if desired, cut a thin slice from the bottom of each to level. Cut around each grapefruit section to loosen fruit. Top with butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit.
- Place on a baking sheet. Broil 4 in. from heat until sugar is bubbly.
