This super easy and extra delicious white cheese cheddar sauce recipe makes for the perfect finishing touch for steamed vegetables, lasagne and in pasta bakes.
Ingreadient:
- 20g butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 500ml milk
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Direction:
- Combine butter, flour and milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil, whisking continuously until mixture thickens. Simmer for 1 minute
- Stir in the cheddar and parmesan until melted and smooth
- Serve sauce over steamed vegetables, in lasagna or pasta bakes
