Pear And Super Grain Salad

Serve this super grain Pear salad recipe alongside a bbq dinner for healthy weeknight meal. Try adding shredded BBQ chicken or flaked salmon for an easy and light lunch too.

Ingreadient:

    Dressing
    • 2 tablespoon malt vinegar
    • 1 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 teaspoons onion powder
    Salad
    • 2 Pears, sliced, cored
    • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
    • 1/4 cup toasted pepita, almond and sunflower seeds
    • 90g marinated feta, crumbled
    • 120g packet pomegranate seeds
    • 200g mixed leaves

Direction:

    Dressing

    1. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a jug, set aside

    Salad

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
    2. Drizzle with dressing and mix to combine
