Serve this super grain Pear salad recipe alongside a bbq dinner for healthy weeknight meal. Try adding shredded BBQ chicken or flaked salmon for an easy and light lunch too.
Ingreadient:
- 2 tablespoon malt vinegar
- 1 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 Pears, sliced, cored
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup toasted pepita, almond and sunflower seeds
- 90g marinated feta, crumbled
- 120g packet pomegranate seeds
- 200g mixed leaves

- Whisk all dressing ingredients in a jug, set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
