Cool down this summer with a deliciously fruity ice pop. Made with peaches and passionfruit, these cool little treats can be whipped up in no time!
Ingreadient:
- 1 cup (280g) vanilla or naturally sweetened yoghurt
- 410g can peach slices in natural juice, drained
- 1 tablespoon passionfruit pulp (approx. 1 passionfruit)
- 1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
Direction:

- Place 1/2 cup of the yoghurt, the peaches and passionfruit into the tumbler and secure blades
- Lock onto motor base and blend for 20 seconds, or until smooth. Divide the mixture among the 6 moulds
- Place the remaining yoghurt, raspberries and agave into the tumbler and secure the blades. Lock onto motor base and blend for 20 seconds, or until smooth
- Pour into the moulds over peach mixture. Insert ice block sticks and freeze overnight (minimum 8 hours) until frozen solid
