Get a delicious dinner on the table in just 30 minutes with this easy prawn noodle stir-fry recipe. Made with honey and soy sauce, this one-pan dish is a quick and easy meal that's perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingreadient:
- 180g dried egg noodles
- 400g peeled and deveined medium green prawns, tails left on
- 1 x 200g packet Passage to Asia Honey & Soy Stir-fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 bunch broccolini, woody end trimmed and halved
- 150g snow peas, top trimmed
- ½ red capsicum, seeds removed and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup (60ml) water
- Sliced green onions to serve
Direction:
- Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside
- Add 1 tablespoon of Honey & Soy Stir-fry Sauce to prawns and mix well to coat
- Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat and cook prawns in 2 batches until just seared. Remove and set aside
- Add remaining oil and stir-fry onion for 2 minutes. Add broccolini, snow peas and capsicum and cook for 3 minutes
- Stir in Honey & Soy stir-fry sauce along with the water and cook for 1 minute. Add prawns and noodles; stir-fry until evenly coated and heated through. Serve topped with sliced green onions
