Healthy frozen yoghurt bark recipe with honey, berries, pistachios and almonds. A fast and healthy snack idea.
Ingreadient:
- 900g tub plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 x punnet fresh raspberries
- 1/3 cup crushed unsalted pistachios
- 1/4 cup flaked almonds
Direction:
- Place the yoghurt into a large bowl. Drizzle in the honey and stir to combine.
- Pour the yoghurt mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread evenly in the tray.
- Scatter the fresh raspberries, pistachio and almonds evenly over the yoghurt mixture. Place in the freezer until set. Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
