This avocado and mango mousse recipe is a healthy dessert recipe for summer that the whole family will love.
Ingreadient:
- 1 avocado peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 whole fresh mango, peeled and cubed (can be substituted with tinned mango when fresh mango is out of season)
- 1 tub vanilla or natural plain yoghurt
Direction:
- Puree the avocado
- Puree the mango
- Combine fruit and yoghurt and mix well
- Serve in a cocktail style glass with diced or sliced mango and/or whipped cream
