Baked Pears With Mascarpone

Ingreadient:

    • 4 very ripe Pears, halved lengthways
    • 1/4 cup Craisins
    • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
    • 30g unsalted butter
    • 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
    • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    • Mascarpone, to serve

Direction:

    1. Preheat oven 180°C
    2. Scoop out the core of the pears, leaving a dip to fill
    3. Sprinkle the craisins evenly between the pear halves, drizzle with agave syrup
    4. In a small bowl, combine the butter and pecans. Divide between the pears, then sprinkle over the cinnamon. Bake for 25 minutes
    5. Remove from oven and serve with mascarpone
