Air Fryer Bacon & Egg Toastie

Indulge in a delicious breakfast with this easy Air Fryer Bacon & Egg Toastie recipe for a mouthwatering meal that perfectly combines crispy streaky bacon, creamy eggs, and the warmth of toasted sourdough. This delightful Aussie breakfast is a true morning treat!

Ingreadient:

    • 4 large sourdough slices
    • Western Star Spreadable butter
    • 2 large eggs
    • 6 rashers streaky bacon
    • BBQ sauce to serve

Direction:

    1. Spread butter over one side of bread slices.
    2. Place two slices into the air fryer basket, buttered side down. Crack an egg into a small bowl or cup, and carefully pour it on one of the slices. Place two slices of bacon on top of the egg and one slice on the other slice.
    3. Cook at 170 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
    4. Transfer to a plate, drizzle with BBQ sauce and invert the bacon slice over the top of the egg. Top with more Western Star spreadable and serve. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make the second toastie.
