This tasty bowl can be whipped up in no time and topped with all manner of healthy goodies! This recipe uses the Breville Boss To Go - the Personal Blender that pulverises whole fruits, vegetables, nuts a leafy greens in no time.
Ingreadient:
- 1/2 cup (125ml) coconut water, chilled
- 1/2 (55g) peeled banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup (60g) frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup (100g) frozen Acai Berry Puree
- 1/2 (30g) small beetroot, peeled, chopped
- 1 tablespoon whey or vegan protein powder
- 1/4 cup (35g) organic granola
- 2 tablespoons frozen blueberries
- 2 teaspoons goji berries
Direction:
- This recipe uses the Breville Boss To Go - the Personal Blender that pulverises whole fruits and vegetables, nuts and leafy greens.
- Place ingredients into tumbler and secure blades
- Lock into motor base and pulse repeatedly until mix combines
- Blend for another 15-20 seconds or until just smooth
- Use a spatula to scoop into a bowl, and serve topped with granola, blueberries and goji berries
