This easy and tasty hot cross bun flavoured butter will keep the memory of Easter baking alive. Full of mixed spices such as cinnamon, ginger and nut meg, this delightful spread is a must condiment to serve during Easter celebrations.
Ingreadient:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ tablespoon chopped sultanas
- 125g Western Star Spreadable Original
- Toasted crumpets or English muffins, to serve
Direction:
- Combine brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, mixed spice, ground ginger, nutmeg and sultanas in a bowl.
- Swirl through the spreadable.
- Serve Spiced Spread on warm toasted crumpets or English muffins.
