Delicious pear snack served with goat's cheese and nuts. Cut any variety of Australian Pears into wedges and enjoy with the best goat's cheese you can find. A great savoury snack idea for after school or afternoon tea.
Ingreadient:
- 2 Pears, cored and cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup soft goats cheese
- 1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chop
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Direction:
- Toss pear slices in the lemon juice
- Gently spread cheese onto the pear wedge. Sprinkle with pistachios and craisins
- Arrange on a platter and decorate with micro herbs
